A limited edition monovarietal Merlot wine. Smooth tannins and balanced acidity. A well-structured wine with a long-lasting aftertaste. Harvested only when the taste of the grape seed develops nutty flavors.
100% Merlot – 14 %vol.
Pre fermentation cold extraction for 5 days. Long skin contact for 25 days. Malolactic fermentation. In contact with its fine lees for 2 months and aged in French oak barrels for 15 months. Unfiltered
