A rosé wine from Xinomavro with a pale salmon color and full body, resulting from extended contact with fine lees. It has high acidity and aromas of strawberry, rose, and tomato marmalade, with an intense aftertaste. Enjoy it on its own at 9–11°C or paired with classic Greek cuisine at 12–14°C.
